dustinr26mine says shipped on 11/2/2016 and then says may take 1-2 weeks to receive. still nothing here yet..

I would say it's pretty sure sth. went wrong with your shipment IF you're in the US or EU. Have you contacted the EVGA support about this yet?

Waiting as well, I really think there is an error on the site regarding the shipping date of 11/2/16. I don't think mine were shipped out until 11/15, got my powerlink already but still waiting for pads. I emailed support yesterday but no response yet. Hopefully they are in soon. I'm in the US so it really shouldn't take this long.

Awaiting shipping on mine (UK). I'll admit the report of one of these things taking out other components has me slightly concerned. Will give it another week or two, then I might just RMA both my cards if there's no movement...

Request Shipped 11/02/2016 (Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery).

Still waiting here as well..  1080FTW --  Kinda wish I'd could return and go a different route. This is my 2nd 1080FTW as well. Had to RMA the first one for the black screen/fan issue.  Props to EVGA for attempting to fix the issues though.     Hopefully the pads come in today/tomorrow.

Still awaiting on shipment, and me being in Canada it'll probably take weeks to get to me, but this whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth. First time I ever spent over $200 CDN on a GPU - last one I bought was in 2009 - and now my choices are:
-Leave it alone and it'll probably die, resulting in me being out $600 CDN.
-Apply the pads myself, and hopefully not screw up
-RMA for a refurb, even tho the thing isn't even 3 months old. Which I find unacceptable.

I don't even have a credit card right now, nor do I want a refurb after spending $600 CDN on this thing, so a RMA is out of the question. I won't claim this is my last EVGA, I'm not one of those people, but this wasn't what I expected when I went "high end" for once.

(1070 SC buyer)

While I am not happy about this whole over-heating/artifact because of Micron chips, rather than Samsuntg, and no active thermal pad element contact shipped from the factory, etc, etc...I have to say, that this is my second EVGA card, my first was an GTX680 SC, and never, did that card have any issues in usage,or performance of any kind. The quality of build is excellent, as is my current GTX 1070 FTW...and yes...I'm pi**sed about having to take it apart, and apply the pads (including vram) when the kit comes, but I believe that EVGA will NEVER again try to save a few pennies per card in the future.

This has been a really embarrassing hit to their reputation, and I'd be shocked, if we ever read in any future card series, this ever happening again, with a cooling issue, post ship and production.  I'd be shocked, frankly. I will still buy from this company, as they did not go into a 'under the rug..and oh well' mode...but will back you up as the customer, no matter they do the mod, or YOU do the mod.  I will still buy my next card from them.  Even more so...because they will absolutely OVER KILL any other card's heat dissipation strategy from this moment on.  If you were the C.E.O.....would you not ever to want to see this heat generation control, and governance issue, hit the forums again?!?

Hooray..I see that my kit just shipped today....allow for 2 weeks delivery...

Want to get this installed, and behind me.   The VBIOS mod has helped in a number of ways.  I have full confidence that with the Thermal Pad Mod (including the VRAM), my card will be everything that I had hoped for, when deciding to purchase.

No more (Micron  V-chips) artifacts and crashes using W10, and cool running.  That is what is hoped for, with further usage!

Mine have been on awaiting for shipment for more than a month near to two now :D, I simply ordered few thermal pads from china and applied them some time ago even made a thread about it, I have contacted support 3 times and they all repeat the same, ''just wait we dont know etc'', for almost a 2 months now, so I dont expect them to be shipped or nothing, just makes me sad a bit. Any way my card is till running with my own gheto pads so, if any1 else out there have similar issue just check my thread and fix your card, its easy and wont take much of your time.

UK and Awaiting - Seems like they messed up on the shipping for some of us. - would be nice if someone at EVGA would contact those waiting over a month......  you know customer service?
