Unless you have a FTW model, you aren't even close to being in trouble. The FTW cards are the models that run on the toasty side (but still within specification, yet everyone freaked out when a review site used Furmark for a long period, and Nvidia specifically says not to use Furnark).
If you do happen have a FTW model, you should update your VBIOS, just to be on the safe side, from here -

I suppose it still lingers a bit now and then. What I can tell you from my own experience is that talking to folks about it can help out a lot. Also, accepting that you CAN change how you feel is a step in the right direction - and it will ultimately help you see other things besides the deep, dark hole.
P.P.S. - Vitimin D3 also helps me a lot. I don't get a lot of sun, and our bodies need the sunlight to make D3. Or, just take a supplement! I take a 2,000 IU capsule every day, and I really notice when I haven't for a few days (I get really moody). As a bonus, it also helps bolster your immune system. Amazon has 600 soft capsules for rather cheap -
