It's been 4 days since I submitted last my rma, first I told them what issue I am having, then the guy asked me to submit another one with a rma number. Submitted another one on last Saturday, and the ticket is on

RMA Number: Pending Approval

RMA Received: Pending

Shipped From EVGA: Pending
Cross Ship: Pending Collateral
Shipping Out Option Selected: Ground
Part Number Out: Pending
Next Step: Awaiting Approval

What is going on here? I'm going to holiday soon on Christmas if this issue doesn't sort out soon, I am left with a broken card yet warranty is running out too. Can someone here please help?

It can take up to 3 business days. If you submitted it Sat. Today is only the second day (business day).

Then call? They have responded to all of my tickets in less than a day but they are probably extremely busy with all the people trying to RMA and get help.

I seems to take  few days between messages.  And they are drawing out each part rather than asking for all the info they need from me in one message.

Hi Everyone,

I can confirm that we are responding to tickets as quickly as possible, but please understand that there maybe a little delay and we appreciate everyone's patience.

Hi Chris

What if my RMA happens too late? I mean, my 30 days-period ends next week and I don't want a refurbished card... Which date counts? The date I submited the ticket or the date the RMA starts?
(I'm aware my sentence could be strange as english is not my native language :))
Thank you

I think its just they have a lot on RMA's to go through at the moment. As far as the 30 days. I would assumw it would be the day you requested a RMA, so you would get a new card (not a refurbished one). I'm 2 waiting for RMA approval, though it's only been a day but they are offering free cross shipping so I don't mind waiting.

Thanks for the info
I've requested RMA, hoping I'll get an unused card. As I live in EU I've to pay collateral (ouch) and shipping. I think I can obtain a refund for the shipping though.
