Sorry for being a little hasty, as I only got my RMA delivered to EVGA on Monday 7th Nov, but I was curious as to the average turn around time on graphic cards? I sent in a faulty 980ti, great product but seems to have given up the ghost unfortunately and well I am dying from lack of gaming at the moment, and would love to get some idea of the potential length of pain I will have to endure :D

Oh and this EVGA_RMA_JaysonC seems on the ball looking over all the threads, nice to see EVGA employees so involved in their product communities

Thanks in advance

The average turn around time in the US office is 1-3 business days.

Yeah I am in the UK, hopefully its similar, I shouldn't moan to be honest as its a blessing to have warranty to cover these things.

Good luck with the elections over there

Thanks for your input though appreciate it

Hi,

We try to stay around 1-3 business days, but at this time if you do have a GTX 10 series product then unfortunately the wait time can be delayed and we appreciate everyone's patience while we process these requests.

Is a 980ti a GTX 10 Series? I was under the impressions 1070 or 1080 was?

Anyway I appreciate all your efforts

I would assume he is implying if you have a 10 series as the step up choice.

Your welcome and I meant to say rma instead of step up, but both are relevant in waiting times at the moment
