Hi, i have update the 2 bios of my GTX 1070 FTW, but i have always 500 rpm min without games.
I have buy his card for the 0db ... can you help me?

mikem1, just so you know that is not 100% the case - the fans spin more aggressively than before, but there is still a 0 dB mode.
 
OP, did you flash the secondary BIOS to both of the card's BIOS slots? The primary BIOS is the 0 dB one, and the secondary BIOS always has fans running. Or perhaps did you forget to chance the BIOS switch back to the primary/master BIOS after flashing the secondary/slave BIOS?

Actually the new BIOS has 0db fan mode also.

Set the bios to master position, and turn off a custom fan curve and it should go to a 0db mode if you flashed the right bios.  I had issues with min staying in 0db with a custom curve.
