Am i correct in saying that EVGA does not cover the shipping charges on GPUS that are covered under warranty? So they give me a product that dies in 3 months and I have to spend more money so they can replace it??? I have never heard of  company not covering shipping for warranty items. Please tell me I am wrong about this.

I havent heard of an electronics company covering shipping. BenQ, Asus, Dell, HP, and EVGA have all sent me RMA forms and then i had to ship it to them, and they paid for return shipping.

ASUS was kind enough to return the same motherboard 3 times saying it had never failed a test, yet it didn't work.

True story.

@ mmarafioti..Yes, you are wrong about that..But if you bought the card at a retailer (Newegg, TigerDirect, Micro Center, wherever) check with them about their RMA/refund policy..If you bought the card from EVGA or need to RMA through EVGA, you will then be responsible for shipping your product to EVGA following our shipping guidelines..You can also Contact Customer Service for more information..Return/replacement/shipping policies are normally (but not always in an extremely rare case-by-case basis) written in stone, something that you should have been aware of..Good luck.

EVGA acnlwedged that there is a known problem with all 1070 acx cooling systems. And the yare replacing them. And after Nov 5 all cards will be shipped with the new fix. So they acknowledge a problem wit their design and my card dies after 3 months and i have to pay for them to fix it?
