Well .... That didnt last. So i reinstalled SLI bridge and then reconfigured to run in SLI mode and everyything was working , so i restarted and boom program crashes... so there is the disconnect
The bridge addon to the video cards causing me these headaches.  Hope this helps and cant wait for a fix.  Running latest win10 2x Classified 1080's latest nvidia drivers
 
edit  I cast blame on the SLI bridge but i wrong.... with the SLI bridge installed and Nvidia software not configured for sli the PXOC seems to work great... really helped with temps  but not SLI
