i will get a screenshot and some more information in the future but i will post a few pictures of what the error looks like, so far i have rolled back drivers, tested and tested and tested, and it seems that in battlefield 1, 

the error is similar to this above mentioned link, but ignore the bottom 1/4 i would say.
this only occurs while i have the OSD turned on, for precision x 6.0.8
 
any solutions? or questions
