Open RMA status says received as of 02NOV2016, but it still says Preparing to Ship Product. It has been 3 business days now, should I be expecting some kind of back log? Are there no 1080 FTW Hybrids in stock?

We are currently experiencing a higher than normal request for RMA's.  I do see that your RMA was received on Nov. 2nd,  I would allow a couple of additional business days before your replacement is set to ship out.  I will also send a follow up email to our RMA Manager to further review if in fact there is any further delays.  We do appreciate you patience and understanding.

Now, when I open my RMA tab, it says I have no Open RMAs. What is the issue with this?
