I apologize if there is already a thread regarding this matter, I wasn't able to find it.
I recently downloaded Precision X OC because I was interested in the K-Boost feature. Upon running it for the first time, I got a pop-up that says an EVGA product wasn't detected, but the GFX card i purchased is most definitely an EVGA product. Because of this, K-boost isn't available to me. I figured it was doing that because I hadn't registered my card through EVGA yet but upon registering my product, the same issue prevails. I tried reinstalling both the standalone version and Steam version but K-boost is still not available, although the annoying popup that required me to enter my personal info and card info each time I ran the program has stopped.
If anybody has any insight into this matter or can direct me to the proper thread, it would be greatly appreciated.
