Im having this stupid black screen I started contacting EU EVGA support since 18th Oct until now they didn't solve my problem
I opened RMA 20th oct,
I asked for compensation, they never answered that email.
and then I went to ship the defected card to the address on the label, but I couldn't ship it cuz the cheapest shipping is $160 usd.
I sent an email saying this :
Dear EVGA support team.
Im having trouble sending the defected card to you , the problem is that the shipping cost is too expensive for me as its $160 USD.
Firstly I really appreciate what you did for me your supporting was very helpful.
Secondly this is my first product from EVGA. I got it from you having black screens and 100% fan spin .
I asked for refund or new card, but appeared that I have this product more than 30 days.
and when I accepted that you only can send recertified card, then heres no compensation and the cheapest shipping methods costs more than $160 USD . so here's a dead end for me , cause this is so depressing and frustrating.
Im not happy at all

thanks for your detailed request – EVGA can only cover the backshipping to your locations – optional you can handle RMA within your place of purchase also,
