I guess i was expecting more of a detailed explanation rather than "Utilising more of your card will make it run hotter."
i mean no offence but that's like telling someone the faster they run the more energy they use.

Please note my core clock is -200 and my memory clock is - 502 (as far downclocked as MSI afterburner will allow)
As i explained, my Geforce Gtx 980ti would run 144Hz with 200+fps on many games i play and the fans hardly had to work at all, the temps we're low.
What i'm experiencing with this card is that unless i use V-sync, my games temperature and Usage is through the roof in comparison to older cards and that
unless i'm willing to play with my card sounding like a WW1 fighter plane i'm pretty much stuck. So ideally i wanted to know really why this card demands so much just for a slight increase in monitor fresh rate when the card itself boasts for being the best card available for high resolution multiple display (would be a good time to point out that i run a single display also)
