Mid Plate is the First issues the Second issue is the Back Plate.

In theory anything is Possible, In theory.
But then the HYBRID Kit 400-HY-5188-B1 will work on them all. *Blower to Blower and ACX 3 to Blower.

This is what my PC looks like. Idk how to mount the radiator from the hybrid cooler to the fans on my HDD bays.

Maybe you can more the two upper hard drives down to the bottom to open the air flow a little more in front of your Graphics Card.
Or even move one to the very top and the other to the very bottom.
This way you are not pushing the warm air from your Hard Drives into your Graphics Card.
It looks like you can remove the Top HDD Bay to Mount the Radiator, if you go with the Hybrid Kit.
I would check if you can Step-Up to a Hybrid?
Kind of like the Top Radiator this image:

I can remove the hdd bays completely but I think I'll undo the bottom one then put the radiators on the bottom. I can fit a 240mm rad on the bottom with it removed. I just don't know how to mount it there either

They say to put the radiator above the card being level would be ok.
You said radiators are you getting Two Cards are a Custom Water Loop?

I want to eventually get a second card but I don't want to do a custom loop with no experience or knowledge of it.

That is what I have in the Image Above with Two GTX 980 Hybrids and I have no Temp or Noise Issues at All.

I think I'll just remove my bottom HDD Bay and install the radiators there
