I would say take a relook at Koolance.
They have a Really Good New CPU Block 390I I changed out my 380I on my X99 and Dropped over 12C overall.
I am using their new Rads as well like the Radiator, 3x120mm Fans, 54mm Thick, 30-FPI Copper SKU: HX-360XC

Koolance makes some great products as Bcav said. I really like the XSPC RX series rads. They are pretty thick, so they may not be compatible with some builds. One good reason is the low fin per inch, that way you can use low speed fans for cooling and quiet. I'm sure Koolance make a comparable rad. If you go Koolance make sure to use their coolant for warranty purposes. You didn't state what case you have, that may limit you possibly. There are a couple of used pump/res combos for sale in the market, if interested.

Is the top Rad in a Push/Pull or only Pull?

Are their 4 Fans on it or only 2 Fans?
Are they Pulling in Air into the Case Or Out of the Case?

120x3 sorry I look wrong at your image.
I would say raise the Top Rad or new one and add 3 more fans for a Push/Pull setup.
Your Rear Fan will pull out the heat as it does now. Push/Pull may be the Key to what you now have.
Being only One Loop that is Pump - Rad - CPU - Pump.

PS Still a Nice Looking Rig, maybe you will think about creating a MODS RIGS Page for it.
The Count is DOWN!!!! 1,000 EVGA Bucks System Countdown: 5 so only 5 More Rigs need be created.
