It has been 24 full hours since I submitted my thermal pads fix to evga.
I did registered my card when I purchased it and upluaded my newegg invoice and purchased a 10 years warranty blah blah blah

Can someone tell me if all that is done why nobody has get in contact with me yet?
Not email not phone not spam folder not EVGA inbox not nothing.
" Pending verification" Is what it saids.

So you have a potential damage on a $700 piece of hardware that could overheat to the point that compromises the entire build and you are waiting 24 hours for someone to verify what I already verified 4 months ago by submitting my invoice and registration?

Can you guys break this down for me?

You have to wait for EVGA to order the thermal pads, then for them to receive them, and then shipped them to you. Most of us have been waiting for them to figure out exactly what sizes they need. They figured out the size they needed 2 days ago.

Since it has only been 2 days, they are still trying to gather the thermal pads to ship them out.

I requested them over a week ago. It just changed to "Awaiting shipment" which means they are waiting for the thermal pads to get delivered to their office so they can ship them.

Give them a little time. 24 hours isn't bad as other have been waiting 8 or 9 days now.
