I'm looking to buy a card and even with all the problems like coil whine and the vram issues this card still fits all my needs. My question is.. after a certain date will all cards come with the thermal pads preapplied? Or do I have to buy my card, register it, and then wait 2 more weeks for my thermal pads to get here?
