The number they provided was different than the original support ticket. My open RMA says nothing. Will start an RMA and see what happens.

Yes that is how we troubleshooted and determined I needed a new bios chip. Then heard nothing since Saturday. Waited for a email asking to pay for shipping or something. Just replied back to the original support ticket. Will see what happens.

Good to know. Just called them. Bios chip has shipped. No tracking on it. 1st class usps. No idea when it shipped but good news. Thanks. Makes me feel much better. 😬
