Anything and everything that fits in the trailer.    Being an LTL company, it's usually the kind of stuff that's too big for UPS or Fed Ex ground.  But we have regular accounts, so I haul the same kind of stuff that you would also find on "normal" 53" vans as well.
 
Endorsement?  Hazmat, doubles/triples, tankers

What type of seat does it have? I don't know much about truck seats, but I assume that if you're driving 8 hours a day or more, that'd be a high priority, to have a decent one. I heard (saw on a documentory) that you can get all kinds of modifications/aftermarket stuff to make the cabin that much better.

Just the air ride seat that came with the tractor.  
 
The company is also installing Bose Ride seats in all new trucks as well.  I personally can't stand them.  Most uncomfortable seat Ive ever had the displeasure of sitting in.  
 
And yes, you can get all kinds of stuff inside that cab, especially if you have a large sleeper.  Microwaves, mini cooktops, refridgerators, televisions, etc.  Since I'm in a day cab (no sleeper), I try to put as little in the cab as possible.  So I have my phone, stereo (gotta have my books) and cold (or hot) drink. That's all I really need for the day.
