In precision X 16 I use to set the framerate target once and it would always stay through reboots. With the new version. I have to activate it every time. I have set it to start with windows and I've tried both the steam and non steam version.

When I pull up the framerate target in settings, it shows that it is enabled. All I do is hit OK and it works. Is there a way to make the setting persistant?

dsoden,
Welcome to the forums.

What I would suggest is that you uninstall any version of Precision you have installed at the moment, then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA in your computer and delete the remnant folders of Precision from there, then reinstall again and try to setup your frame rate target again.  This may be caused by settings trying to come across from the previous version.

Thank you for the advice. I did this and there was no change. The framerate target works great but I have to reactivate it after every reboot.

Does version 6.09 have the same problem?

Yes the problem is still present in 6.0.9
I uninstalled 6.0.8
Deleted folders
Reboot
Install 6.0.9
activate framerate target and run at startup
Run game to confirm framerate target is working
reboot
Run game, framerate is 144hz
Check framerate target, it's still set as active
Click ok on framerate target
run game, framerate target is working

Looks like you found a bug. Looks like you'll need to use older versions until the bug is fixed.
