Im really not surprised how many hotfixes addressed flicker issue now?

Linked fixed. Yeah no surprise. I think this is something they cant fix or having one hell of a time trying to figure it out. Luckily I don't have this problem. I know a lot of other people do though. Sadly.

GSync isn't functioning for me when I use this driver hotfix.  I am not getting any flickering though.

Nvidia recommends to change power setting to "prefer maximum performance" as people are still getting the flickering.
 
Scarlet, G Sync is working here (at least per my monitor)

Not sure what is going on then. With GSync on: CSGO 250 to 350 FPS, Doom 150 to 160 FPS, Mad Max 250fps.

Did you cap your frames? That firs thing i do set global with nvdia profile inspector.

Not using any external software.  GSync is enabled, ROG swift monitor, and the frames are running around down whatever they want. GSync even shows enabled in the monitor menu, so it should be working.
