As the title states.  I just purchased a 1070 Hybrid on 10/26 and I just received it last night.  I wanted to know what is the maximum amount of time I have to register the card to get the full warranty.  I am curious because I am considering possibly stepping up to the 1080Ti when it comes out if it does come out in January.  I wasn't sure if the 90 days period would be long enough.

You can register anytime.

If you want to get the extended warranty, you need to register ASAP. Extended warranty does cost more, but can extend your warranty out to 5 or 10 years in some regions.

Ok thanks for the reply.  So if I were to register for example in December or January, would the 90 day step up start from date of registration or date of purchase?  Also do you know when the Powerlink promotion ends?  I couldn't find the date, the timer does show all 0 so it may already be over?

The promotion ended 31 October for the PowerLink unfortunately.

The Step up 90 days starts from date of purchase and the date must match your receipt which is required to be uploaded. You also have to be the original owner of the card. If the cars was a gift, the original owner would need to register the card in the name that matches the name on the receipt and they definitely check that.
