No need for cursing. Please keep it clean from this point forward. Thanks.

I requested the thermal pads ages ago and it's still "awaiting approval" while friends that live close to me have already received their thermal pads??? Whats going on with that? and all my emails about an RMA for unbearable coil whine and high core temp are also being ignored... I ditched Asus for EVGA and it seems like it's come back to bite me :/

Thanks if anyone can help...

Keep an eye on your e-mail, not just that page. Considering the amount of requests, they are probably restocking them.

Yeah i've been checking my email constantly, get emails pushed anyway so... But I just dont get why they're flat out ignoring me about my RMA and other issues too.. It's been weeks since i heard anything from them. I might just have to buy thermal pads myself and live with the coil whine and high core temps i guess..

Would it be a good idea to run the BIOS update in Windows Safe Mode? That way no other processes can mistakenly affect the update.

Safe mode is fine, I used to do that when flashing custom 970 bios.

Two. Currently only the primary is available.

If you have no intentions of ever running the secondary BIOS than you only need to flash one.

If you have more than one card, do you need to make sure only one GPU is installed at a time when flashing the bios? I'm guessing that's best even if it might not be required per say, but I'd like to know.
