A page or so back I had already pointed to this likely being a typo as all info reported in GPUZ was correct for FTW

Can you guys share the new curve please?

I'm asking to everyone with the new bios and some evga guys, no answer at all, I begin to think it's a legend

Updated the bios of my 08G-P4-6276-KR - EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW ACX 3.0 utilzando the bios available for this link in the main post - 08G-P4-6276-KR - EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW ACX 3.0 - Primary BIOS (86.04.3b.00.72), it happens that after the update the numbering of the bios that appears in the GPU-Z is the Primary BIOS was made (86.04.50.00.72) and not of Primary BIOS (86.04.3b.00.72) this correct it?

Please excuse my insistence. I'm trying to ascertain if 1.5 mm thick pads are thick enough for the application. Anyone who has applied thermal pads already that could provide some feedback. The information so far is that the pads EVGA will provide are ~1.8-2 mm thick. I'm trying to source the materials myself and finding pads thicker that 1.5 mm is proving to be troublesome.

well I just downloaded the 1080 FTW bios update and what shall I say. the cmd prompt just opens shortly than automatically closes. there is no field to accept with yes or no. nvidia control panel still shows 86.04.17.00.80. Any clou how to get the new bios on the card ? update launched as admin ofc.

Are you running on AMD platform?
If so, you need to contact support for a different file.

The BIOS update isn't working, I click on the update the screen flashes and the BIOS window closes. I don't get the chance to press Y. I check the GPU BIOS in GPU-z and it still shows 86.04.17.00.80.

Are you using an AMD motherboard by any chance? If so please contact support@evga.com, you will need a different update.
