Umm, what?!?

How does that make Google the worst in this situation?

"After seven days, per our published policy for actively exploited critical vulnerabilities, we are today disclosing the existence of a remaining critical vulnerability in Windows for which no advisory or fix has yet been released," Google wrote. "This vulnerability is particularly serious because we know it is being actively exploited

The vulnerability is being exploited. Google isn't leaking critical information to anyone since people who would use the information google realeased are already exploiting it. If anyone, Microsoft is proving to be the worst in this situation for not patching the vulnerability which is being actively exploited.

Actually this works out well because it will cause Microsoft to prioritize resources to fix this sooner rather than later.
