Hey guys since I've been away for a bit and I'm trying to make sure I'm not interrupted during the TZC I tried to turn off my auto updates but the google machine said it's not possible.
What are you guys doing to get around this?

I went into the registry and disabled them. It was posted in the TZC thread not too long ago.

You can stop those win10 auto updates and restarts.
You can set win10 to notify you that there are updates available and ready to download, without it doing it auto.
Set you computer as if it were on a metered internet connection, even with an Ethernet connection.
Try this, it worked well for me.

My wife is the hottest software engineer that has ever worked for oracle. She did something in my registry to turn it off. Thanks guys.

Windows 10 updates killed my folding process once during the TZC.  I'm not a fan of the forced updates.

After this happened, I found out that if you set your network settings to a metered connection, it will prevent updates from being downloaded.  Its the only solution i've found for Windows 10 Home.

So the Default Timer did not set it back?
