• RAM:CORSAIR 16GB Vengeance DDR4 2400MHz CL16 Dual Kit Ram 
• Gpu: Evga GTX970 SSC ACX 2.0+ GDDR5 4GB 256Bit DX12 Nvidia GeForce 
• Motherboard: MSI Z170A GAMING M7
• Windows 10 

If we are going to come to the subject; In addition to the above you can see in the pictures I encounter such a problem. Fifa17, nba2k17 examples in the picture, but from time to time I get this error in the Mafia 3. There is also such a car or gets stuck on the screen or flashing light of the street lamps. Gta 5 Cs go, H1z1, The Witcher 3, Assassin Creader Syndicate 'also installed on my system, but they have not encountered such a problem. Nvidia drivers up to date.
Also 2k17 and mafia 3 also lowers the settings of the display properties, but still did not change anything. I already played not bad system features high I think. I just optimized GeForce Experience program games, I do not get the solution again.
 
What do you recommend, among who there such a problem? or Do you have problems with my graphics card?

I would contact the game developers and submit a bug report.
 
That looks like game glitches to me.

Definitely game/graphics driver related. Try some older drivers.

0h yea. I use to get that on COD games all the time.. I usually did a reinstall of the game and got last drivers that had no issues and issue went away.  Check your temps make sure theyre within range.
