EVGA received my graphics card on 10/21/16 and I'm still waiting for my 1080 step up card to ship to me.  I was under the impression that once EVGA received my card it is 1-3 business days until they ship my step up product.  I called customer service last week and they said there was no hold up and my card should ship out by 10/28 at the latest but yet here I am still waiting.  Is there a reason for this delay?  Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I am experiencing the exact same thing (card received in 10/21).  Still waiting for my 1080. 

I got a brand new monitor and I really want to start putting it to use.

It's now 11/1/16 still no word on when my card is being shipped to me.  EVGA received mine 10/21/16.  It's been 2 weeks since I have had a graphics card in my computer.  If EVGA has asked me to ship me a card to them, shouldn't they have the 1080 card put aside waiting for me?  This is far beyond the 1-3 business days I was told it would ship back to me and I still have yet to get an explanation as to why?  I didn't mind waiting in the queue for months but now that I am at home without a graphics card for two weeks already it sucks.

Update. I just received an email from UPS with tracking#. My package is arriving tomorrow so my shipping must have been upgraded. Thank you EVGA
