I bought a GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid card and when I try to order the thermal pad mod, i get a "YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS" message.

Why is that?

Thanks in advance!

Doesn't the hybrid have the blower reference design? If so, there are no issues, so it's obvious you're not qualified.

Your Welcome,
See Brokencross's post above. I believe he is correct since yours is a Hybrid, the extra thermal pads are not required (from what I gather from all of this) . If there is any doubt contact EVGA tech support with your concerns. They are usually pretty quick on replies if you choose to contact via E-mail, you could even call if you choose.

I contacted support last week about this issue, can't remember which thread I posted in though. But support told me that my card (1080 FTW Hybrid) does not suffer from this issue and no need for additional thermal pads.
