I recently purchased the 1070 FTW which includes the Powerlink and Gears of War 4, but my package only brought the 1070. Can anyone tell me what happened?

Well, from what I know supposedly to be entitled to get Gears of War 4, you have to register your card and then get a redemption code. I myself did that and it seems that since I did not get it in the US hence I am not entitled
 
For powerlink, again I understand that you need to register for it too and pay for the postage charges EVGA is charging you for it. Since Malaysia (my home country) is not covered hence I am not qualified for it.
