Hey,

So I sent a gpu in for rma from canada to the states and its do to arrive there in a day or so. I was looking through the rma email and opened up the support page and noticed that the return shipping method is going to be UPS Ground, Which SCARES me a lot because they are notorious for their customs/brokerage/duty charges, even if evga guys mark it as warranty/return, still makes me nervous. Now I'm wondering, Is there no way for evga to ship with another company other than ups? really any other company would make me feel better.

I just don't trust ups for over the border stuff at all, and I almost guarantee that they will charge me c.o.d at my door.

You can delete the other post I made in the 900 series forum, as I didn't notice this section was here. Sorry about that.

I think you will be stuck with UPS. EVGA has a contract with them.

I would try to fight any customs/brokerage/duty charges. You shouldn't have to pay it on warranty/return.

damn, that sucks. I guess I'll have to keep an eye out for the tracking and see what happens with it at the border
