Does this look about right?


My d3dx11_43.dll shows as 270 kb.
My d3dx10_43.dll shows as 499 kb.
 
Both files are version 9.29.952.3111

Something is definitely up with your files as they aren't being read at all. Should look like this...

Run dxdiag.exe it is in the Windows System32 Folder.
 
c:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\PrecisionX 16\Redist\dxwebsetup.exe run this file. Right Click the File and select Run as administrator.

Yeah i checked the details for all the d3dx and its only d3dx11_43.dll and d3dx10_43.dll that seem to be messed up.

Actually running Precision XOC found the different directory tho (C:\Program Files (x86)\EVGA\Precision XOC\Redist\dxwebsetup.exe)
It didn't give me an option to remove or modify either.
Can you upload those files for me to try Sajin?
