This, however, marks a deceleration of the division's growth for the seventh consecutive quarter, which may (or may not be) a warning sign.

Well I have cut my orders by more than half because they now take Colorado state sales tax out and even on EVGA Products.
Newegg and B&H and a few others do not charge Colorado sales tax.
And new for me I see to many 3rd party companies on Amazon I do not care for that, that is what eBay is for.
Sad to that you see more of this on Newegg now to.

I have bought so much from them in the last year it is embarrassing.
They are set to build a large distribution center here in Jacksonville.

I cut way down too because they started charging sales tax for me also & increased the PRIME  $ costs ( I canceled mine )  ,....along with some shady foreign vendors that ship stuff from China and the likes but it never tells you that until the final stage of payment where you have to catch it by chance.  -- import fees ..etc....etc...

It's like it's becoming EBAY clone jr.  or something.?

I agree with your comment because some items I get come from companies I've never heard of (shady probably Chinese for all I know, vendors)- I do like the free next day or 2 day ship but Amazon is no longer the least expensive option as they once were.

This shouldn't be a shocker to anyone that's been paying attention to the real economy. Iconic retailers are closing stores left and right, Walmart even reporting a loss in revenue. I would be careful which retail stores you purchase from this holiday season, come first of the year, they might not be around anymore.

I work for a reseller of CCTV recorders and cameras and what was a booming industry has become VERY difficult to compete in. The market has been flooded by the chinese and they are setting up shop here. I have to sell 3 times as much product to make the money I did several years ago. Heck - every stitch of clothing I am wearing today was made in Asia, including my $100+ pair of ascics running shoes.
Oh well - HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!
