I was just on the phone with a tech support agent, and he told me they should be shipping somewhere next week. All the way to Europe in my case (Netherlands), so that'll be, idk, another week? I can't say I'm not disappointed in all this, applying those two giant pads is one thing, but having to fix something like this... And cross ship RMA is nice and all, but having to pay the money up front, I don't think everyone can do this just like that. I am going to fix it myself, to learn something in the process, but it has damaged my opinion on EVGA somewhat, and I have a hard time defending a card of theirs now to people that ask me what new GPU to get. One thing is for sure, their customer service is commendable, although I'm seeing more and more people expecting more than what they are doing now.
