I am showing that your request for the Advanced RMA was received and is pending processing.  I can confirm that yes, all of these optional thermal mod updates will be applied along with the recommended VBIOS update prior to shipment.

The Vram will have  touching pads is what you're saying also correct? (Memory thermal pads)

If my thermal mod care package is still "awaiting shipment" at the time of me writing this, will it include the new memory pads?

Good to know. I find cutting my own thermal pads annoying and tedious. Kinda upsetting that this is even a problem though.

Glad to hear the VRAM pads are being addressed. I assume the RMA'ed cards will be checked for this as well? I'm waiting for my RMA to ship.
