The above is a reading from sensors over IPMI. This PSU is being used to power 28 drives in total (I know, overkill, but think of the boot amps!)

Use bios pc health status/digital multimeter to check 12v rail fluctuation as software readings can be inaccurate.

I doubt your voltage reading through software is correct. But, if the reading is correct, there is nothing to be concerned about. It is within ATX tolerance.

Yeah, don't trust the software they can be quite a bit off. 
 
What Aida64 reads vs my multi-meter under load on my 1300 G2.
 
+12V: 11.889V / 12.101V
+5V: 4.961V / 5.10V
+3.3V: 3.168V / 3.351V
