Its happening everytime I play Battlefield 1 about 20 min into the game.

Sorry to here that you are experiencing this issue while playing BF1. It seem that this issue is directly related to the BF1 exe or the drivers.

I would recommend doing a clean installation or repair of the game. You can also try a fresh installation of the latest Nvidia drivers by choosing Custom Install > Clean Install.

updated the BIOS OF THE FTW 1070 . 
Why is there still AMD64_49b226e6441043f1 in this when I have a Nvidia now.

AMD64 just refers to 64bit, you'll find many files and folders in windows titled the same. If you didn't know that, then you probably shouldn't be updating a vbios to begin
with lol. Its true that its an AMD creation, but many companies still write code optimized for both AMD and Intel processors, but its mostly bout the naming scheme now.
