Yes..Contact the retailer you bought it from for a replacement or refund for the failed unit, or register the unit by clicking 'Member' on the EVGA home page, then 'My Products', then 'Register Product' and then about setting up an RMA or a refund.
 
See the stickies at the top of the section of the forum for more details and helpful information, such as uploading your invoice.

Was there something that I originally did or didn't do when I installed this before turning it on that caused this? As I had said, it turned on originally and then shut off once it got to the desktop...

You're welcome..Sounds like just a random failure or a basically DOA unit, nothing you did or didn't do..The paper clip test should definitely turn the thing on and the fan should spin.
 
Be advised that if you RMA through EVGA, don't send any cables/accessories, you keep them, just send the unit itself..That is all they require and if you send any cables/accessories, you may not get them back.
