I didn't know the 375.63 driver was causing the pc not folding. I reinstalled the  FAH client and rolled back to 373.06 driver. 
It is folding now but I am not getting any points for the past 3 days. 
I think I got my user name and the team number correct.
Any idea why this happen? Thank you
 

Did you put your passkey back in when you configured the client?
When ever you reinstall folding client you have to put your passkey in every time.

Yes, I entered the same passkey when i first signup from 2014. 

Well, it seems you are getting at least some points in, do you have anything else folding?
if not, then you're likely still getting points, just not the quick return bonus, so it'd be a problem with the passkey (I copy/paste it from the e-mail I got from F @ H way back when)

Yeah I always copy/paste mine too. I saved it to a doc file and copied it to a couple computers and thumb drives.
I would double check it to see if it is correct. Looks like you are not getting the QRB for some reason.

Your web control is reporting over 371k ppd for a gtx 970 and cpu3. That actually seems about right. Also take a look at your log files and see if there is another problem.

You seem to have a large number of failed WUs (for instance 10 at the 3am update in the screenshot).  As yodap suggested, check the logs for a better idea as to what is going on.  If you're not sure you can post them here.

Failed WUs can be the result of an unstable machine or unstable overclock. If you are over clocking, you might try running your normal clocks to see if it helps. Failed WUs can also be the result of just poor WUs like what we saw a year ago at the start of the 2015 TZC. The first week of that TZC we saw a lot of issues.

 
Looks like I have network issue. I was having issue loading  websites. I though maybe it was cause by Google Chrome.  I have to look into more. Thank you

Have you checked your ISP speed lately? I had a similar issue during the summer and was the cable lines on the street
