Today i was doing some research on enabling lightboost from ToastyX and saw a post for a Nvidia pixel clock patcher, any of you ever used this or even heard of it?

Heard of it. It's for overclocking 60Hz monitors.

Not just 60hz only because it worked on my 144hz acer too, got it to 150hz.

Thought i would share this, so after some use and testing i have notice this little patch fixes the issue that i had where my GPU's clock would hover around 845mhz when my monitor is at 144hz refresh rate.
