I am now playing bf1 , and i encountered a problem that i have low fps no matter what the resolution i put , or the settings i put low to ultra the fps are for the rig i got i think so 
My CPU usage is 100 % but my gpu usage is only 40-60 average ... I dont understand why , help me !

Are you using GFE? A couple of people have already reported bad performance after using GeForce experience to optimize their game.

How are you checking your fps in game? Precision X? Fraps? In game console?

I am using geforce experience ,to check fps but not for optimization , i have msi afterburner and evga precisionxoc to
 

What kind of fps are we talking about here? What resolutions were tested? Sounds like you may be having a issue with some software capping your fps.

I am using 1920x1080 144hz , i have 60 to 90 fps average , and get drops to 50 and 40 sometimes , with my gpu and cpu i should get above 100 i guess

What I meant was where did you see that you're suppose to be getting above 100 fps in bf1.

Reviews or benchmarks in youtube etc , where ppl with the same cpu and even with gtx1060 getting above 100 fps or 90
