The PC chasis/case. The problem is the power button, reset button, etc etc connect via a circuit board to this connector board which needs the molex connector via the PERIF cable to the PS. That is the heart of my problem I think, though having a power button/circuit board fail seems unlikely to me I guess it could happen. I was on the phone with Rosewill, the case manufacturer yesterday as well with a request for a new circuit board and connector panel just in case...
