I read in an earlier thread that these 2 970's are incompatible of running toigether in SLI, but I have been running mine for a month now with 0 problems. I had the FTW one forever and picked up the hybrid one for dirt cheap. Will I be fine of will this start to cause problems for me in the future.

yea they were in Diff columns I bought it without researching because it was the cheapest 970 available at the time

They're running in SLI currently? Then you should be golden.
 
If not and they don't work in SLI, contact EVGA and see if you can get one swapped out for a compatible model (they've done it in the past for others) - http://www.evga.com/about/contactus/
