Hello,

So I just go this Dell Monitor :http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/accessories/apd/210-agjr?c=us&cs=19&l=en&sku=210-AGJR

It is 27" +1440P + G-Sync + 144Hz refresh rate. I love it but the colors are not "punchy." I actually believe it was way to accurate.

However, my eyes are used to punchy colors and Super AMOLED displays found on phones.

I read online that we can change the colors and gamma settings in nVidia control panel but the question is, will it work in all games without issues?

Thank you!

*NOTE*I got it from BestBuy today for $479.99 so I thought it was a good deal.

In NVIDIA Control Panel -> Display -> Adjust desktop color settings, you can 'Use NVIDIA settings' for global (across-the board) custom settings or you can use 'Other applications control color settings' which is default..However you want to it and what works best for you.

But before you do anything you should first calibrate the monitor itself in Windows..Type 'calibrate' in the Start Menu search box or go to Control Panel -> Color Management -> Advanced -> Calibrate display..If your monitor came with calibration software, you can use that too..There's plenty of info online about monitor calibration and probably from Dell and in your monitor manual too.

Hello and thank you for the reply.

I already did change the colors but the thing is, it worked in some games and in some it did not work.

For example, In Battlefield 1 and DotA 2, it worked. However, in Call of Duty Black Ops 3, it did not work.

Is there a way to force it in all games through nVidia control panel?

Thank you!

Other than in Manage 3D settings -> Program settings for individual game settings, not that I know of, and you'd need to adjust within the game itself..The color settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel are across-the-board global settings or as specified in the game/s..Hovering your mouse pointer over practically all NVIDIA Control Panel adjustments will tell you what they do..Digital vibrance will make colors stand out more..That's about all I can tell you.

I don't think anyone is understanding my question. I know how to do all that, it's just I want it to apply in all games not only in certain games.....

Good choice on the monitors - I have 2 of them and I really like em!  As far as the color settings I can confirm it's really hit/miss whether they apply in games or not.  It's a gripe a lot of people over the net have and it seems to be largely dependent on finding a driver version where it works correctly.  This also happens with ICC profiles as well as the NV control panel settings.
