Is the Glock_19 have a single stack clip? And whats a great, reliable high velocity rounds for the 9MM's?
It's not so much about "high velocity" round as it is how well the load out of the round works with your gun... Different loads are meant for different barrel lengths, etc. Ammunition is not a "one size fits all" type thing...
The Glock 43 is the single stack Glock 9mm, also comes in .380. If youre looking to get a single stack, I'd also suggest you take a look at the Springfield XD-S, they are all Single stack. I'm not a huge Glock fan, never liked the grip angle.
As for.ammunition:
Speer Gold Dot is probably the best on market right now for ballistics, Federal HST is another reliable, solid performer. For a standard size weapon you'd be looking at normal load out, or venturing into +P load out. For subcompacts they actually have load out designed for the shorter barrels, and usually they are a +P as well. When you see +P think "Magnum", they just don't say that on the round for personal defense because juries tend to think of "Magnum" as something scary, so they do +P.
