Ok I got a 770 hydro its still under warranty but what happened to it is not covered . Its water damage . Do I do a reg. rma or ?

Yes I am sure I watched the water hit the card when the bowl tipped over . But I would still like to try and get card fixed if the price is not to high the other 770 hydro misses its partner .
I could clean it up so you can not tell but not that kind of guy .

That is unfortunate. Sadly EVGA does not offer any warranty options for physical damage and water damage falls under this category. 
 
If the card was running when the liquid hit the PCB it is completely un-repairable.
 
There will be no way to fix it as there is likely unseen damage to the PCB traces.

The card was not running at time water hit it pump went out so was pulling it . here is 2 more pics looks like only damage it to whats in pic above . Your right I took a closer there is about half inch or so damage on board
