Any indication on how long shipping will take to the Netherlands, seeing EVGA is based in the US.

this will likely come from EVGA Germany  (EU). I would guess that EVGA US will ship them in mass quantity to EVGA Germany to reduce logistical costs and will be shipped here for EU ^^
otherwise shipping with USPS to Netherlands takes about 4-7 days(business days).

although im just speculating so take that info with a grain of salt :p

Since I live in Brazil, and EVGA probably wont ship it to me, which thickness should fit properly on the board? 1mm or 2mm ? Gonna buy it myself.
I had a GTX 780 ACX sc that died because the VRM. I won't let it happen to my 1070 FTW, at least, not soon...

That's what I and probably a lot of others want to know too. I asked the same thing a couple of pages back. So far, by offering these pads I think EVGA have done an excellent job, but it's taking a while to get any info on HOW to get them. Should be a big sticky, or something short precise and clear.

I want to get my thermal pads in asap. Back plate, especially where over heating parts are is too hot to touch after any kind of stress without OC. I feel everytime I use it I'm shortening the life of card, maybe that's an overreaction, but cards have caught fire, rather like the Galaxy 7 smart phone. I don't want my money "going up in smoke."

If I had to guess I'd say all will be clear, with notice of procedure to get pads today (24th - the day these will ship out according to EVGA) I hope I'm not wrong.

So do we just submit a support ticket today or will there be a dedicated page to request these like the powerlink?

Doing by normal support ticket would be a mess. Probably 1,000s will need these pads. I seriously hope there is a powerlink or dedicated page. I can't imagine EVGA wanting 1,000s of support tickets for the same thing. Messy indeed.

EVGA customer service is great imho, they will make it as easy as possible for both us and them. Pretty sure there will be a dedicated clear seperate way, powerlink, whatever. Wouldn't that be best for all customers, and for EVGA themselves too? Sure hope so.

This must be done smoothly.

Is this a issue of the ACX 3.0?
Is this a issue of the Back Plate?
I seems like a design flaw of ACX3.0

Give EVGA a chance to open for the day. 9am PST, and then a little time to get everything updated and posted. Currently they are not open due to the weekend break.

:-) I spent 3 years in Okinawa, and the time difference is terrible... It's what, 16 hours difference?

Oooh, Okinawa, nice. Good Scuba. And what about them Naha chicks eh, heh heh.  Ex military guy Scarlet? I'm from the U.k and that's 9 hours behind. I think East Coast is 4 hours behind London? So yes, at least 16 hours difference Pacific coast.
