So got kicked for camping AA in spawn when i was CLEARLY outside of spawn. Shooting a boat. Shooting jets. Playing the game. But yet again EVGA admin have to abuse powers as usual. Blew up in chat and will not be joining another gaming event. Isnt even worth it anymore. Many others are with me also. Cant even fill the servers giving things away. Other team has a tank literally inside spawn and i get kicked. EVGA needs to fix its admin staff. And i hope you recorded every word i wrote in that chat and perma banned me. Should do it on the forums also. As at this point i wish all the information and posts i have here be removed.

Now i can say this. I have not had the best track record and have a short temper. This time i chose to keep my mouth shut and not make a scene when they were first talking and throwing warning at me. I just kinda laughed and made sure i was in regular playing grounds clearly outside of spawn. Figured if anything they would see me fighting the enemy which i was doing all match and having a good round. Was going back and forth with a couple different enemy. Just playing. Then all of a sudden boom. Booted. This is when i blew up. I could have at first but out of respect for a few other admin staff i didn't wanna make a big stink at first as usual. Those few select ones i will talk to even if they answer me or not do have my respect and if they tell me to stop ill clam up. They know who they are. But this time its just to much. Its every gaming event there is some sort of drama. Just isnt worth it anymore. Hopefully things change in the near future but until then ill sit on the sidelines.

The more i read about these incidents happening to well known members, the more i feel i was right all along.  That is how it starts and has become a trend.  They provoke you so they can have a reason to perm/temp ban you if you do or say something against them or the TOS. They even bring that drama to the forums too if you noticed.  You can have all the proof in the world and still will slap you in your face by not punishing the Admin or Moderator. It is very sad that EGC started in a good note back in the days and now it is going the opposite direction. It was fun back then when i was an EGC Admin, there was not a disappointing night, even when we lost matches against other teams out there or when we played against each other, we still went to bed with a good laugh at it and that is a proven fact.  Heck even the VIP people in the forums such as Jacob, EVGA Techs/Moderators or Agent Tiny (miss this guy) would show up in the server once in a while just to see how fun and competitive it was. During these times i can say i was excited to come home from work and play this game every night for a whole 2 years straight, it did not matter if i lost my sleep hours, it was worth every moment/minute of it.
Now in days, the only way you can have fun now is having a private server and inviting a number of friends to join you. 

It really is something that needs to be fixed. This kinda stuff will do nothing but hurt the gaming community and keep the servers empty. Id love to see it go back to how things were a couple years back. But dont see that happening anytime soon

We have a couple new admins that just started right before the event and we have a couple out for personal reasons. To be honest when I started doing this it was easy, everyone played together and we all had fun. Then some chose to leave and become vindictive. Pushing the limits and trying to get admins to break (remember ManBearPig?). So new rules were implemented mainly to keep the racist and homophobic speech out, which should be filtered anyway. Then EVGA decided that the language should be cleaned up because the personal attacks were getting worse. So that happened. Rules have been changed and adapted since then, are they perfect? NO! But trying to push their limits and sending scathing emails and posts telling how wrong we are doing how does that help? When admins are worried if they say something to the wrong person are they gonna have a long forum post to look forward to? We are human we do make mistakes but when we are pushed over and over again those mistakes get easier to make. 
 
So how about try this, instead of coming in here and complaining how about you say... Man the servers are running smooth (because they are) Man its nice not to be cursed out after I kill someone (because that happens) or how about good job guys thanks for the awesome prizes no other hardware company does cool stuff like this. That would be incentive and building the community. See these admins are not solely at fault for fragmenting the EVGA gaming community... The people who try to obstruct, spew venom and push the limits as well as post every time a feeler is hurt is doing the same if not worse. So how about band together to build and stop trying to break.

Didn't you know Violence it's all our fault. None of the current or past admins never did anything vindictive towards anyone.

Admin, friend, Moderator, or stranger player, i will call you out when you were going out of hand or played erratically, specially when you were friends of people playing in the server suspected of being cheaters.
All i know some Admins and EGC players think most people playing in the server are stupid, and when they find their counterpart being smarter than they are or playing better than they are, they start acting up.
I commend past, present and future players and admins who bring the truth out of light. It helps the community and new members joining to have a better experience.  Of a positive deed, good outcomes will come, not the opposite.

We know the new guy fouled up on this one. No one has denied it and now he knows the new rule. It is not about that really we all know that. I am putting myself out here to try to fix this. I have tried before and will do it again. There is no reason in the world people should still be sour after how many years? Have I got angry? You bet your butt I have, who doesn't when they get pushed enough? You know it's just like when Wrinvert lost his admin, he was trolled long enough and snapped. We have a set of rules to follow, sure there are more rules than there were 3 years ago but the gaming world has changed a lot since then also. We get comp teams stacking (sometimes 15-20 in the server at once), we have people that spew hate speak non stop, and we have the people who want to see how much we will bend. Like I said before I have done wrong and know it, and the people who have pushed the buttons know it. I am trying to say LETS BUILD not BREAK. Its not hard to do at all.

Granted you are one of the few, but like many good Admins before, they walked out due to the abuse and it was obvious. Wrinvert, God rest his soul, was not the only one who approached me and told me i was right. There were many of the pack, Admins/non Admins in TS who approached me also and admitted it the bad vibe in EGC they saw every night.
I know you are trying your best, but in reality, it has become a trend, and no matter what good you do at this point, any little thing will trigger the bad taste and memories others want to forget.
My suggestion, New Admins should go in with a 1 month trial probation, and none of them have the right to do anything unless it is approved. I did that when i started, i would not kick or ban anyone until the Top Head will say go for it, i even consulted with other Admins before me, if it was ok to do this or do that.  When in doubt, don't just go for it, you need to ask, because a question is not a dumb question in my book, no matter how stupid the subject is. In addition, if you are the only Admin there, and you are unsure what to do, simply contact the person in charge and if he/she is not answering, go to the next one and in case no one replies, get off the server and wait till you get an answer.
I even messed up too when someone was calling me names, i retaliated and because i did, i was wrong as per the Admins code of conduct, but after this incident i learned and many did from my mistake.
 
There are a lot of Egos in EGC that need to be checked, and this also, includes SOME Moderators in the forums, some act on how they feel towards a person and not by what they think is right or wrong. I am all about common sense, you don't have it, i'll show you to have one with me.
