So got kicked for camping AA in spawn when i was CLEARLY outside of spawn. Shooting a boat. Shooting jets. Playing the game. But yet again EVGA admin have to abuse powers as usual. Blew up in chat and will not be joining another gaming event. Isnt even worth it anymore. Many others are with me also. Cant even fill the servers giving things away. Other team has a tank literally inside spawn and i get kicked. EVGA needs to fix its admin staff. And i hope you recorded every word i wrote in that chat and perma banned me. Should do it on the forums also. As at this point i wish all the information and posts i have here be removed. 

It seems not every admin got the memo about the updated server rules. What you was doing is perfectly fine.   
 
 
 
 
 
 

I see nothing here: http://www.evgagaming.com/rules.aspx that would result in you being removed from the server.  It is also stated here http://forums.evga.com/FindPost/2555771 to be pretty much exactly what it sounds like you were doing to be perfectly fine and within the server rules.
 
Sounds like another case of admins making up rules as they go as I have read before.

Curious to know who the admin was and what they're reasons were behind it. 

I'll follow up to make sure EVGA sees this.  I know AB is, as well.  I'm not aware of what happened or not, beyond what's in the OP, so I don't have a stake in this one way or the other, but I can at least make sure the relevant parties are aware of this thread.

The admin that kicked you was one of our new admins and unfortunately was not aware of the rule change. I do apologize for any inconvenience and hope to see you in-game soon.
 

After last nights events i will be sitting out of gaming events for a while. Just isn't worth it anymore and not enjoyable. Every event there is reports like this the entire time. Thank you for the help but i will not be participating in any events from here on out. Just is not worth the head ache.

How exactly are server admins allowed to administrate a server, yet not know what rules they are supposed to be enforcing?  Are the particular game admins not part of the rule making process?  I would think step one of posting a new set of rules would be a post / email to all server admins to actually read the rules they are to enforce in case a few were absent during the new rule discussions... And if they don't respond with saying they read them, they should have their rights removed until stating they have been reviewed.
