If anyone else has an SC17 1070, I'd suggest NOT flashing your BIOS. Because I think I screwed up my system.

I looked at my BIOS version and noticed it was 1.00 instead of the 1.04 listed here on the forums, so I went and flashed the BIOS. Now, in hindsight, I realize the BIOS 1.04 was released in April before the SC17 1070 was released, and was probably only meant for the SC17 with the 980M. Now Windows doesn't recognize my graphics hardware.

I think my only option would be to flash back to the older BIOS version I had, but that's not available for download through the EVGA downloads.

I'll be trying to contact customer support about this and see if I can get it fixed, but wanted to put this out here as both a cry for help and a warning to others.

The support team just got back to me with an updated flash utility that is compatible with my SC17. Worked like a charm, now my laptop is back to its former glory. Thanks go out to the EVGA staff for helping me with my goof.
