What are your temps right before the freeze, this sounds more like the card resetting itself due to thermal issues

With MSI afterburner fan control on, about 70-73 deg.
Without any fan control it used to be 80.

I'm thinking some of my slow system functions could be due to my SSD. I've noticed that my SSD "Health" is slowly declining. I'm looking at its SMART Data using Crystal Disk info.
A failing SSD can cause slower system functions, micro freezing and a bit of stuttering using for example the windows search bar or google chrome right?
Its showing at 76% and it seems I get more problems the lower it goes.... I suppose its worth a shot.

I'm looking at my reliability monitor and It seems that sometimes when I shut down normally, its showing as "Windows stopped responding" and Windows was not shut down properly" and its also showing "IAStorDataMgrSvc.exe" Stops working. All within the same few minutes.
I'm guessing my SSD is giving me problems, as I have Windows 10 installed on there.

I've contacted the MFG a while ago about their warranty, They said they can send me a new one first and have me send back my old one when I get the new one.
So I think im going to do a clean install on a new SSD, I feel its worth a shot.
Im in Washington so there's a really bad windstorm these few days, theres power outages everywhere. I didn't do my clean install now anyways, I didn't want it to shut off mid install.

Where can I find a guide to do a clean install? Basically for someone who's never done one before at all.
I'm seeing the intel chipset drivers and graphics drivers, etc. But how do I place that on the installation media and how do I make sure those install?
Also I have my windows 10 disk, but I need to format my current system with windows 10 in order for that product key to work again right?

Thanks.
